Granular Coaching:  What do I do next?

In this workshop we will examine at their deepest level the second-to-second movements of mind, body, and spirit that shape and define the discipline of coaching.  We will explore this question:  what happens when we coach?

We will do so by practicing and observing and by articulating what we see, hear, and feel.   We will seek to find answers to these questions:

    What do I do now?

    What do I do next?

    How do I choose?

    What do I choose?

How can I listen and choose at the same time?

What can I learn from my peers?

What can I learn about my own practice?

How can I name the things that I do?

    What are my moves?

Your workshop leaders hope that our work together will guide us toward discoveries about our coaching style and about how we can improve our practice.  CEUs Approved: 1.5 Core Competencies
